Eric Church is a damn good artist. He has incredible lyrics and a good voice. See “Record Year”
He just gets a bad rap because he is liked by Nashville and gets played on the pop country stations.

What’s odd about Eric Church is he got a lot of love circa 2007 but wasn’t too many years later people began to turn on him and called him bro country

Well his most popular songs are not his best. “Drink In My Hand”, and “Springsteen” are not good.
It’s his less known songs that are way better.
