It's going to be a great place to see some shows; anyone else seen it yet?

I saw a walkthrough video. There's more seats than I thought. Looks like a little arena setup.

I was expecting a better review

It’s going to be a shame to see it go so quickly after the Biscuits burn it down

It had:
2 long bars with food available along the walls toward the back of the music hall;
2 smallish bars near the corners of the stage;
Has a big bar in the lobby and a second VIP bar with live music similar to the HOB foundation room;
I only saw 2 restroom options but the main one has something like 40 urinals which helps.
VIP seating is available to the left and right of the stage alongside the walls where boxes can be reserved accommodating up to 6 people; they have buzzers for wait service, food menu and drinks;
Place looks legit.

The room is more intimate than I was expecting; if you're willing to fight for rail/stage, you'll be very close to the musicians.
