First time I saw Crystal Method I danced my arse off so hard I was sore for a couple days. That's probably as close to a concert freakout as I've gotten.

Yes, many times. As Citizen Kane noted, at Sasquatch the shrooms kicked in for Alabama Shakes and Purity Ring and I spent a third of the show puking in my nalgene because I didn't feel like walking through the crowd.
Spent half of the Biscuits' set at Waka in a Port-o-potty.
The waka two years earlier we couldn't find our tent for a good 45 minutes and when I found it and got inside the shadows were terrifying.
Lost my mind at Caribou at Spanish Moon and have never been the same. PTSD and all
Tool at Lollapalooza when 2 or 3 people passed out within 10 yards of us in a 30 minute time span and there was a constant flow of medics and people screaming.

got a migraine at my last Phish show and wasn't able to (you)enjoy myself. So I was freaking out from disappointment... does that count?

Lets just say I felt like I had morphed into Jim Morrison in shakedown street at widespread panic in orange beach a few years ago. I watched the strawberry kush I was rolling up, crawl out of the cigarillo. I had random people asking me for drugs and to take pictures. I strarted freaking out, as it felt like I went through 3 or 4 different checkpoints with an eighth of weed and a big pipe. I went straight to the top of the wharf when I got in, and the first song I could comprehend was Till the Medicine Takes. As I started coming to, I realized I was sitting 5 ft from a guy I worked for in high school in the ag industry. He was fricked arse up too. And to this day, I "bring him some spare parts" when I come that way.
Fwiw, I ate a ham, cheese, dorito, mushroom sandwich for lunch that day, followed by some fat chick dropping a drip of liquid acid in my hand in the parking lot. Im better now.
