This is inspired by a video I saw of a completely naked dude (looked to be 18 or so) dancing by himself at this past weekend's Buku fest in New Orleans. He was waving his dick in the wind with obviously not a care in the world. I assume he was on molly or bath salts ,or some other sort of stimulant. Definitely wasn't sober.

A couple of years ago my friend lost his mind at a String Cheese Incident show while on mushrooms. I was messed up to but he was reduced to a primal nature and couldnt even talk. He only made these weird grunts for an hour or two before coming back to planet earth.

I went a little crazy after a DJ Shadow concert, but it was in the car on the way home. Someone gave me something weird, thought it was white but was probably bath salts. This was years ago and before it was in the news or anything. Lesson learned

I had a difficult time at nolaween a few years back at a panic show. I had eaten way more acid than I recommend eating and the wookie dressed up as a devil right beside me was wigging me the frick out.

Then they played disco and all was good

First night Encore Park in 10. Came up really quickly during the first set. Was in the pit and started to get uneasy. Had to take a walk around the venue to figure shite out.

I've had to walk to the back of the lawn or outside on many occassions. I love the intense moments tho! I don't that shite anymore, but i used to go a bit overboard at times.

I only have trouble during the come up, and can usually just lock into the music and it not be a problem. That one time I just started to lose it. My buddy had gone to get a beer and I started feeling completely alone as soon as he left.

I only had one serious freakout moment in my days...I was at Deer Creek at a Dead show in 94 and got lost from my buddies. I was on way too much and kept bumping into people and just thought everyone was coming up and touching me haha. My friend found me at the top corner of the lawn face down lol...I could usually reach out and grab reality or just lock into the music like you said and close my eyes.

Buddy of mine thought my other buddy was satan once at a panic show. He had on a red north face and long hair at the time.

more time than a few times.

1st set, 1st night of lemonwheel, some microdots got me. eventually came around during set break.

1st time i ever went to jazzfest in 96 (or nola for that matter), took shrooms. wasnt used to the humidity, thought i died.

theres more, but thats good for now.
