Good Fiddle Songs?

Besides the obvious Devil Went Down to Georgia, what are some excellent songs that feature the fiddle? I just started getting into country music more, as I'm more of a rock person...but there's some great stuff out there!
Also, don't hesitate to add in some good Irish jigs! Any genre with good fiddle action is what I'm interested in

in a shithole apartment in starkville mississippi, i saw/heard an OT 1, IRL 3, play seminole wind so beautifully that it almost brought a tear to my eye.
