Lots of good ones. I'll add:

Elton John's "Good-Bye Yellow Brick Road":

"Funeral for a Friend/Love Lies Bleeding"
"Candle in the Wind"
"Bennie and the Jets"

Nirvana "In Utero" has a great opening three. Also a badass album. One of the best of the '90s in my opinion.

I know I'm biased because I'm on a massive Dead kick but this is a solid start to American Beauty:
Box of Rain
Friend of the Devil
Sugar Magnolia

so technically it takes a nation of millions to hold us back starts with an intro, but the first three songs from the greatest piece of hip hop is unfrickwithable

bring the noise

dont believe the hype

cold lampin with flavor

three distinctly different songs that are tremendous in their own ways

Brown Sugar
Sway
Wild Horses
Can't You Hear Me Knocking

Almost a trifecta from Sticky Fingers. All are great songs.

Yes, one hell of a start. I always try to point this out to people claiming to hate the Dead. My usual assumption is, they have not heard this beginning.
