If you don't mind really good covers (and better voices than Stevie Nicks), there are singers from all over the world killing it on YouTube. Here is Avonlea Martin (USA) with Sina Doering's production. The audio, arrangement and execution from the 1:30 mark is pure pleasure.

Here is another produced by Sina, with Mia Black (Ireland). Again, the arrangement and execution is superb. Edit to add: her collab with Boyce Avenue on "I Hope You Dance" is also worthy.

And while I'm on a Sina trend, another collaborator, Victoria Vizhanska (Ukraine, now in Poland), who has introduced me to a few interesting songs I'd never heard before such as "Girls in Bikinis" and what should be Milam's walkup song "Monster".

Rumors of Fleetwood Mac with Emily Gervers and Jess Harwood was peak cover band excellent. Both of those women are really good.

That Union Station concert is one of the greatest live performances of all time.
Every song is perfect and better than the album version. "forget about it" and "stay" are my personal favorites.
Eta: I was mistaken. That concert was very good, but it was their live album from Louisville that is perfection.
