I need to add Andrew Bird Inside Problems. Going to see Iron and Wine open for him soon and he is playing a lot off of that. I wish we could get more Noble Beast. That is his best or Mysterious Production of Eggs.

Good point. they already have two albums out in '22. Might be the most prolific band ever.

Never heard it until tonight, listened to it based on your list here.

Very High Violet vibe, but more...folksy and optomistic? just hit song 4, so maybe it's more than that....

Really great listen, appreciate the list. I'll hit some of the others up soon, your tastes always align with my own. I think like 12 years ago you mentioned frightened rabbit and I found them because of it. cheers bro

If I had to describe it, I would say it gives off Arcade Fire Funeral vibes mixed in with some Godspeed You Black Emperor post rock. Hadn't really though of High Violet, but I suppose that and Funeral are in pretty similar lanes.

Let me know if anything else from the list catches your ear.

Cave World by The Viagra Boys is awesome. Exceedingly recent though, came out like last week.

Viagra Boys are awesome. Ty Segall new album dropped last Friday and Liam Gallagher, Alt-J (check out The Actor) and Muse are in the process of dropping singles for new albums soon to be released.

After having time to digest it, I'm going to say that Antimai by The Dear Hunter will be #1 for me at the end of the year. Fantastic album from start to finish.

Weird. I am a fan of Deer Hunter. Never heard of this before and not really a fan but to each his own.

Jim James (My Morning Jacket guy) dropped his new album today. State Of The Art is a good song. Also Clapton dropped a single.
