Edit: I really want to take a poll on the two venues below. BB king will be at Red Rocks on the 30th of Aug and DMB will be at the Gorge on the 1st of Sep. which one do I go to or just get a connecting flight?

I've seen DMB a couple of times and actually let him hit my joint by his bus at Jazzfest. Never shared weed with The King.

Inside- State Palace, New Orleans, LA

Outside- Amphitheatre at the Wharf, Orange Bch, Al or Wakarusa Ozark, Ar

AND

Im taking the wife somewhere in September. I want to experience one of these two venues:

the Gorge- George, Wa

Red Rocks

I know the trendy pic will be Red Rocks, but I really want to go the PacNW as an adult

Which one would you pick?

Gorge is amazing,I had no idea how beautiful Washington State was. Red Rocks is on my list, but have never been.
Another shed that is underrated is Wolftrap in VA,it's one of the few I've seen with a balcony.

As for indoor venues,The Fox Theatre in St. Lous is as trippy a place as I've ever been.

I'm not a big fan of the mega venues where you can barely see the performance.

For my money it doesn't get any better than the Ryman Auditorium.
