When it's good, absolutely. The problem is 99% of it is crap. I guess that could be said about any specialty, fringe genre of music.
Here are some good ones that I have liked.
Jam and Spoon - Stella
Sabres of Paradise - Smokebelch 2 remix
Sven Vath - harlequin plays the bells
I get not liking any of these as well. I think what draws me to it is the piano/keyboard work in these songs, and the pacing is nice. Not my favorite type of music, but of the electronic scene I think it's one of the better niches.

Nostrum, Micheal Woods, Paul Oakenfold are good for the gym if you are into that kind of thing.
