The Givers played a great show. Then the Lips came on with some other band, played one song (not their own). Then played a new song. Then played half of Race for the Prize. Then peaced out.

15 years? My guess is either Wallflowers or Third Eye Blind. I know the Wallflowers are playing NOLA in a few weeks with Clapton and BDTH came out in 96. Could it be either???

The Airborne Toxic Event is touring a new album next year. Would love to see them in the Varsity. Not sure if they have ever played there before.
