I can't even begin to express my displeasure with Tim McGraw's new song. I literally get extremely pissed off when I start to hear it. That song is amazingly horrible.

What's it called?
I have listened to new country music absolutely none in the past 5 years.

My wife has it on the country station in her car and there is one song that is nothing but a running, musical list of country cliches. I feel sorry for the DJ's who have to play that every day. Not sure what the name of it is.

I don't even want to type it out and subject one more poor soul's ears to that atrocity.
...but its called, Truck Yeah.
Go listen to it. You'll appreciate all the songs that were previously posted in this thread.

and I'm betting you don't make it past the 2 min mark.

Agree with this, even without the Kentucky fan.
Most of the shite coming out of Nashville is just that.
I listen to a wide array of music. I can not stand to listen to most of the pop country stations anymore.
I like a lot of stuff, everything from Roy Acuff LINK to Civil Twilight. LINK
frick the Nashville scene.

I stopped at the 49 second mark. That shite is so bad.

In a cruel twist of fate, I saw this song performed live.
I had never heard it, and I immediately felt embarrassed for Tim McGraw, his band, and every person there that was getting into it.
It was truly dreadful.

It has nothing to do with him covering his daddy's song. I simply stated my opinion that he did not do a good job on the song.

And it is so. Just look at the CMA's. God save us.
Here is something that will be never be covered...

I like it. You will never hear this sound again. Unforunately. Hank III tries to replicate it and I enjoy his music because of it.
