Clapton's was strong (Layla version, one of my favorites)
AIC is my favorite one probably; just let that show play through. Nirvana is good, and as much as most like it, it's funny that the setlist was just doing what THEY wanted to do, to stick it to the record labels, or show producers, or whatver. (if I remember the story right)
Also like the Pearl Jam set

Agreed KISS was awesome. Nirvana and Aerosmith were also good.

KISS is my all time favorite band and I’m ashamed I forgot the unplugged with Ace and Peter.

They did a good version of "Coming Home".

How'd I miss that Allmans show in Nov. 1990?
The Liz reed from this is awesome
Edit: it’s not from the unplugged but there is an acoustic Liz reed out there that is beautiful

My favorites were AIC, Great White and Plant/Page.

FYI, if you have a Paramount+ subscription, then have several Unplugged episodes on there. Nirvana, Pearl Jam, Mellencamp, Elton John, and Lenny Kravitz are the ones I remember seeing on there. Wish they had the whole catalog.

Prior to Nirvana, Unplugged was basically a greatest hits gig. They had no interest in that. Producers were pissed off the whole time about the set list and the inclusion of The Meat Puppets as guests, but they didn't have any sway over it. Kurt barely performed as it was.

Agree completely. Just a stellar performance. Tops for me.

Was coming to add this.
I've also like the one that Live did back around that time too.
But as most have said, my vote goes to Nirvana. I like the AIC one too and I'm not even much of a fan.

Checks out
But seriously, isn't this what finally led to the reunion of the original band? I love the Unplugged version of Beth

Also, someone mentioned STP earlier. Weiland said he considered that version of Plush his greatest vocal performance ever.
STP is my favorite Unplugged and I love this version of Plush.

Been a casual AIC for years, been jamming that unplugged for the past week.
