Best Concept Album(s) of the 90s

I'm going to go with two very popular ones IMO. They had an effect on my young teenage self, and we're talked about..songs have longevity and are cheered to this day when played.
Two albums that are similar. As one documents the destruction of a man and the other tells about a weak individual (a worm) who rises up and transforms to an untouchable creature (getting its wings).
the downward spiral
And
Antichrist Superstar
Some would argue for mechanical animals, and it's a great album. But the effect that antichrist superstar had, was exactly what it was meant to be, and then some.

Mellon Collie and The Infinite Sadness.

A lot of that album felt like "filler". I liked it though, for the most part.

I like Broken better than The Downward Spiral but Antichrist Superstar is one of the best things Reznor's ever done.
I'll add Radiohead-OK Computer to this list.

Have to say Reznor & Twiggy. Without those two guys, no one would know mansons stage name. But it was perfect in design and manson fronted it flawlessly. Broken was great too, but overall impact..feels like a lot of those bands wrote their "wall" in the 90s.
I miss picking up a new album the day it came out by a band I was into, and going home to have a listen through. I haven't had that in over a decade.

There is an interview with Sean Beavan, who produced and mixed those albums. Going over his memories of making them, working with each artist and audio tips.

Probably Black Love even moreso.
Catherine Wheel's Adam & Eve was decent.

The Fixed and Broken albums by NIN are truly by definition great concept albums... just hard on the ears for most people.
TOOL- Anemia
Kyuss- Welcome to Sky Valley
I am struggling to think of many concept albums from the 90s currently...

Welcome to Sky Valley was originally released with its ten total songs contained in three tracks, with an additional, fourth hidden track. It was later re-released with all ten tracks separated individually. However, most commercially sold versions of the compact disc contain the three tracks, a setup which is meant to encourage listeners to experience it as a full album instead of as a collection of separate songs. Guitarist Josh Homme claimed in an interview that the band "just wanted it to be like hell to play on a CD player". The album's liner notes instruct the listener to "Listen without distraction".
