How does Atlanta suck? I always have a blast when I am there. Fox Theater and Alpharetta Amphitheater are world-class venues, Buckhead has a good bar scene, and the food isn't too bad.

The tabernacle is probably the best venue in the south imo

Pretty sweet. Legendary venues like 40 Watt and Georgia Theater. Nice mix of national names and up-and-comers, especially given its small size and short distance from ATL. Obviously also has a noted history.

You probably only go there when someone good is playing. Other times, Atlanta sux even worse than texas. But the rest of GA makes up for it so GA>TX.

The lineup this Spring is purely and utterly atrocious outside of Boogie Long, who I had to miss.
