I'm not sure if STP - Plush is the best but it's one of the 1st to come to mind for me. I think it was towards the beginning of the 90's grunge and I remember the MTV video for that song debuted at just the right time during the summer for maximum exposure.

Then a little later, the acoustic version was released and I enjoyed that also.

yep, the fact that vedder and cornell were both in the band almost makes it unfair.

There are several dozen songs I could say are my favorite but this one is the most important. It set the tone for the wave of music that would proliferate in the next 4-5 years.

Mother love bone is special to me and I can relate to them very much but best bad is RHCP and it’s not really close except for GNR barely or soundgarden
