This is a good interview. It's not much about Porcupine Tree, but it's mostly about production, mixing and other nerdy stuff regarding behind the scenes of what makes records great.

That’s so inspiring that he makes time to interview musicians even though he’s running for all those political offices

I watched it last week and shared with a couple friends of mine. I've been a long time PT / SW fan and have read and seen a lot of interviews with him over the years. He seemed a lot more relaxed and revealing in this one with Rick.
I love his openness about not being afraid to make mistakes and a lot of what he's learned was done by trial and error. I also appreciate him stating he's not the best musician but knows how to assemble the right people to get the results he wants. Or that he's not ashamed to say he doesn't understand how a compressor works but he knows how to successfully use one by the past mistakes he's made. He really seems like a humble guy and the nerd he described himself as.
Glad to see there's other fans of Wilson on the board.

I wish they had come close to here. Once upon a time I would travel all over the country to see bands, but now I'm too busy for road trip shows

I can't wait to watch this. Love SW and everything he does.
