I can understand not being able to get along with DLR.
But EVH kicked out Michael Anthony and almost his own brother, Alex.
From what I've seen in interviews and such, you'd have to be a real tool bag not to be able to get along with Michael Anthony and Sammy Hagar. Those guys seem like they are laid back and fun as hell!

Dave Mustaine and Metallica, for the longest time.
Don Dokken and George Lynch.
Simon and Garfunkel (if I remember correctly, despised one another).
Edit:
Remember hearing a story about Phil Moog punching Michael Schenker in the face and Schenker quitting UFO the next day.
Pretty sure that Bill Ward is pissed at the other members of Black Sabbath for leaving him out of the final album and tour. (Or maybe it's just Sharon that he hates, along with everyone else.

Here's one that hasn't been mentioned: Robbie Robertson and Levon Helm.
I think Robbie Robertson pissed the rest of the Band off on the way out, too. Levon was just the only one who spoke up about it.

This. For EVH, AVH, and DLR to not show up to the HOF is just stupid.
I read Garfunkel's recent book and he and Paul still go to dinner occasionally but there is discord there professionally.
Cetera tired of the excessive touring before he left Chicago. To avoid another leg of the 17 tour, he asked for double money thinking they would balk and they didn't. When that leg was over, that's when they split.
I think the Deleo brothers had a love/hate relationship with Weiland. One of them said they'd never forgive him for making them cut the Purple tour short sue to his drug habit.

I disagree with this somewhat. They had a falling out in the 90s but I don’t think they hate each other. I think they respect what the other brings and that is great. Got to meet them a while back and billy was nice as can be. Ian was a bit douche, but I sort of expected.
How about Mike Love and Brian Wilson.

I saw the movie Love and Mercy not too long ago. As Wilson tried to get more creative, Love gave him the most shite about changing The Beach Boys sound. However, I'm not sure how accurate the movie was.

Gregg Allman & Dickie Betts never got along.
What was the story between the two of them? I know Betts drank a lot, but was there anything else? I can't imagine Allman being a saint.

That's for sure and also much of the animosity came after they broke up, over the song-writing credits and royalties.

I think the catalyst was when Allman testified against Scooter Herring to save his own skin. Dickie and to a lesser extent the rest of the band thought of Allman as a snitch after that. Allman claimed that Scooter told him to take the deal. But after that, Dickie said there was no way he could ever work with Allman again. Then Herring was later pardoned by Jimmy Carter and Dickie and the rest of the band buried the hatchet and got back together with Allman.
But it was Dickie's drinking that led to him being kicked out of the band. I mean none of them were saints but with Dickie it got to the point where he was letting it affect his playing.

I love the part of "This Wheel's on Fire" where Robbie approached Levon about possible having to scratch Muddy Waters from the Last Waltz, and Levon told him he can "Go tell Neil Diamond we don't know who the frick he is."

Betts had a violent temper when sober, and his alcoholism would send him out of control. He once pulled a knife and tried to stab Jaiome, some other band members intervened.
