Mine should finally be here tomorrow. Damn, that took awhile. How does it sound?

Yeah it did take forever. I actually forgot I placed the order.
As for sound it’s actually pretty damn good. Much better than I was expecting tbh. It’s not really a record I’d consider having great sound, pretty lo-fi recording with the drum machine, and I believe he actually recorded the album in his bedroom....but the pressing is really quiet, I don’t recall hearing any surface noise, and I thought This Year’s Love really sounded great. So overall Im really impressed with this reissue.

I recently inherited my grandfather's vinyl collection. Most of it is in pretty bad shape but here are some decent ones I found.
Glen Campbell- Galveston
Glen Campbell- Live
Glen Campbell- Rhinestone Cowboy
Glen Campbell- Wichita Lineman
Blood Sweat and Tears- Greatest Hits
Kenny Rogers- Greatest hits
Bing Crosby- Merry Christmas
The Moody Blues- On the Threshold of A Dream
John Denver- Windsong
Johnny Cash- At Folsom Prison
ELO- Face the Music
Linda Ronstadt- Heart Like A Wheel
Carpenters- Horizon
Carpenters- Close to You
Ray Charles- The Ray Charles Collection
Waylon Jennings, Willie Nelson, Jessi Colter, Tompall Glaser- Wanted! The Outlaws
Al Green- I’m Still in Love With You
Andrew Lloyd Webber- Jesus Christ Superstar
Bad Company- Straight Shooter
Poco- Head Over Heels
The Jackson 5- Moving Violation
Cat Stevens- Greatest Hits
Grand Funk Railroad- Greatest Hits
Earth, Wind & Fire- The Very Best of Earth, Wind & Fire
Saturday Night Fever Soundtrack
Suggestions? Keep? Sell?

You will be lucky to get $1 apiece for those

Yep, like Marco said, you won't get much out of those. Just keep them and enjoy.

Does anyone have suggestions on how to begin to pick speakers for a large living room/kitchen/dining area?
I currently have a 120W Samsung Soundbar and it isn't nearly loud enough or clear for the area.
I want to basically have a vinyl connected to the speakers along with my tv/ps4 and just have it all work but be clear and loud enough.
I was thinking the Kanto YU6 with Sub8 or the Klipsch R-28PF's.
I really don't know much about this stuff. I also saw the Sonos ARC (i know the vinyl wouldn't work on this most likely) but I have no idea if sonos is just a complete rip off and the klipsch would be like a 1000 times better.
Really if anyone has any help it would be nice. I know its probably been answered here before but this thread is massive.

You are correct this thread is massive but there is great info here. Marco and others here know their stuff and can probably point you in the right direction but he will need info on things like your budget and probably the size of the room you’re listening in to really help.
For myself, I use a denon receiver from the late 90s early 2000s with pioneer Andrew Jones designed speakers and powered subwoofer. It’s far from the most elaborate or expensive setup on this board but considering the condition the 4 15” subs in my car during high school and college left my ears, it suits my needs. And I’d rather spend the money on new records anyways.

I’d look for an integrated amplifier with a decent phono stage. Maybe look at NAD and Rotel? What’s your budget?

Hank Mobley - Poppin’ (Tone Poet Reissue)
This is probably the most underrated of the tone poet series I’ve come across so far
