I haven’t been to that one but I have been to see a show at Cumberland Caverns over near McMinnville. Silver Jews last show. Bands in caves is great.

Yes...I caught the Dave Rawlings Machine there a few years back (Mac MaCannally opened for them). The thing to know...it is first come/first serve on the seating unless you purchased VIP seating. If you get up to get something to drink or hit the head...someone will try to take your seat.
That being said...it is a great venue. Love the acoustics and the lighting. It was a really good overall experience.

I saw John Butler there in 2018.
It is a pretty cool venue. It was on my bucket list for years dating back to when it was in McMinnville. Honestly, it wasn't quite as cool as I expected given I had hyped it up over the years.
Either way, it is a cool and unique venue that is worth going to. But it is not going to be anything life changing.

The setup in Cumberland Caverns was pretty great. It was more theater-like. The new cave is more warehouse-venue-like, if that makes sense. Much lower ceiling, wetter, and a little duller sound. I wish they could have worked out something with Cumberland Caverns to keep it there.
I was thinking about going to the Friday taping of BGU to see Goose, but I'll probably pass. Goose would be awesome in the cave if they could play a full set or two and have their lighting rig in there, but I'm not too keen on going down there for a 45 minute set being taped for TV.
