Anyone keep up with or still listen to AA?

Saw them at The Ryman last night, first time I’ve seen them in a few years.

They freakin crushed it.

BJ seemed to be in probably the best spirits I’ve ever seen him and they played a great mix of the classics and new stuff. They’ve got a new album coming out this year.

Highly recommend them if you get a chance.

I saw them and DBT in Chattanooga a couple months ago. Both bands killed it, and I'm not normally a huge fan of either one. BJ Barham's energy was really impressive.

BJ is so much better live than in studio.

BJ got a little over the top political for me a few years back (hopefully thats calmed down some)...but damned if that dude doesnt give his all every time out. He's 100% genuine and legitimately appreciates the fans. Even with his shitty views, i'll always be a supporter

I love the Rockingham album. I have a love/hate with BJB. financially supported a couple of his albums, and gave him $ after his mom's passing. But after his Normandy invasion posting on social media, I couldn't support him anymore. Certainly respect his work ethic, but I had to move on.

Honestly - The politics were probably the reason I cooled off on them and lost interest over the past few years. Not that I really care what a musician thinks, just becomes too much at some point.

Seeing them definitely revived my interest and I realize what I’ve been missing out on.

Good news is there was nothing political mentioned during the show outside of obvious song lyrics. Just good old fashion rock & roll

Probably have seen AA play 40 times and have never heard BJ get political on stage. On twitter? Yeah

One of my favorite live shows, catch them every single time they come through.

Wife and I did VIP last time they came through and it was worth it.

I found them through TD maybe 11-12 years ago, somewhere between Small Town Hymns and BFD.
Seen them 15-20 times in 7-8 states.
BJ is one of the most genuine, gracious, and talented artists in music, and I will always put them in my top 5.

you won't find a harder more driven songwriter in the music business. BJ is relentless.
