I personally like It Still Moves and Tennessee Fire. Not as big of a fan of their newer stuff.

Booker T has a song with Jim James on his Road from Memphis album, it's called Progress. Jim blended perfectly in with Booker's B3 organ

At Dawn has always been my favorite record.. Its a little more subdued than their records after that. I saw them at the Hi-Ho Lounge on their tour for that record and they were a much different band live, than on record... I saw them again on the following tour at HOB and they were great... fast forward 10 years or so and I saw them in Atlanta last year with Wilco and Dylan and it was a yawner... but the setup kinda doomed them from the beginning...

Z, and It Still Moves. If you don't like those two albums, then you don't like MMJ. And there is nothing wrong with that.

Thanks everyone for the suggestions and links, I'm going to let it sink in for about a week and give an update on my thoughts
