Idlewild sucks, so it doesn't make my list. And Love Below is an Andre album (and kind of sucks) so it also didn't make my list.

ATLiens and Stankonia could flip flop for me. But Stankonia starting off with "Gasoline Dreams" was like a musical "oh shite!" moment (in a good way)

Ranking doesn't do the group any justice though (it makes it seem like they got worse with each release, while in reality each album was just different)...all their stuff is great.
Furthermore, my top 10 played Outkast tracks on iTunes:
