WSP died when Houser died. There is a reason they aren't popular outside of the South.

I don't think WSP is the worst thing ever. Hell I am going to see them Halloween night. I just think (actually I know ) they aren't in the same ballpark musically as Phish.

Geez man, just busting your balls

You need to stop hanging around Doc so much, his jaded persona is rubbing off on you.

JoJo and John Bell have both said that they think WSP is as good as they've ever been.....

Ill take their opinion over someone who was 13 when Mikey died

It's funny that you actually think I'm the one being jaded in this thread.

While I agree and love Jimmy, a lot of people were so used to Mikey that they can't adapt to Jimmy and his style.

OK. Trey also says that Phish is as good as they've ever been, but we all know that is fricking bullstuff.

Bell saying that is just a marketing ploy so people like you will gobble up tickets.

I've never seen Mikey so I can't speak to whether their statements are true or not. But I can definitely say that WSP is on fire right now and that Mikey has been dead for over a decade. It's time for those people to get over it

I'm down.

I guarantee I am going to be checking my phone all night to see Phish's setlist

Which, speaking of, I'd like to see them cover Thriller . I'm confident they will pick a good album though. Every single one has been a great choice. 2010's show got me into Little Feat.

Same with Exile with me. Was probably my least listened to Stones albums before that show. Now it's one of my favorites.

We can meet up with all you Panic nerds too I guess. We can have an old school rumble in the lot or something.
