Train is pretty damn good. Brendan Obrien produced some of their records. They're certianly not in Insane Clown posse territory though.

I would think Insane Clown posse and 24 rap acts would occupy the top 25 of worst bands/artists at least.

Not angry. I only responded to you like because you responded in a condescending tone to someone else.

Me saying that because I don't play music doesn't mean I don't understand it isn't condescending.

You saying there's no way I know a damn thing because I don't play the fricking bass guitar or something is. Its also a stuck up incorrect statement. But continue.

Worst and most hated are very different.

I can agree with most on the list, except I don't HATE:

Dave Matthews
John Mayer
Phish

I don't love them, but I don't hate them. Although I do love Steve Jordan (drummer for John Mayer).

The rest SUCK IMO!

I agree that those listed are significantly hated. However, I do not hate

Dave Matthews Band
John Mayer (though he has a frighteningly large head)
Insane Clown Posse

Train and Blink 182 are meh but not worthy of hate either.

two princes was a catchy fricking song...this article can blow itself

also is Smashmouth really worthy of hate?

They seemed like one of the most unassuming bands ever.

I just find it funny that people that don't play music push phish as the end all be all band of the universe when they don't even understand what they are doing.

I don't really enjoy Phish either and I understand what you are saying, but that's not always the case.
I don't play an instrument, but I engineer, master and remix music and I understand what musicians are doing without having ever played a stringed instrument successfully. You don't have to be a player of something to understand it.

There will be no justice until candlebox is put on this list: the nickleback of the 90's.

Collective soul is another that belongs

I just had the pleasure of hearing Smashmouth and Sugar Ray along with a few other acts at the Stone Pony a couple of weeks ago. I say I heard them as I was eating in the patio at the restaurant across the street. I sorta enjoyed Smashmouth, Sugar Ray on the other hand.....,

Creed was legit. Their first album was VERY good.

I think everyone got tired of them because TV/Radio wouldn't stop playing "with arms wide open". As a fan, I can't stand that song.
