The first one is probably my favorite animated kids movie. My 6 year old loves it too. My mom and sister took my daughter and nieces tonight and said it was amazing. “May be better than the first” is what my sister said.

Saw it today with my kids. Animation is superb. So is the audio. Wholesome movie. There were many easter eggs throughout the movie that parents/adults will pick up on.

The Easter eggs in the first one were incredible. Duke Weaselton selling bootleg DVDs of knockoff Disney movies, some of which hadn’t even been announced or come out.

I took my boys to see this Wednesday. I thought it was great. I loved the hungry hippos easter egg. I laughed my arse off at the lizard running across the water.

Did you see the logo on the back of their phones? Instead of a bitten apple, a bitten carrot. I became pretty focused on trying to read everything that flew by on screen looking for more, and it didn't disappoint. Where the easter eggs dropped off at the end of the first hour, it did get kind of slow for about 20m. Overall, pretty good for adults to enjoy with the kids.
