That was Jackie Jr., mentioned in the OP. He would get my vote.
A lot of the other characters I thought were just played perfectly as annoying/dysfunctional family members and friends. But Jackie Jr. is the only one I would describe as cringey.

Only in 1 episode but Fran Felstein is terrible. Gotta be the worst episode of the series
