off the top of my head I really like the season from the opening when the Germani tribesman comes out to throw the head of the Roman emissary at the Roman army.
Quintus says people should know when they're conquered.
Maximus rebuts "would you, Quintus? Would I?"
Just the beginning of learning how great a character and story you're about to enjoy unfold before you.

This line is so fricking good.
My vote goes for the fight with Tigris of Gaul but really the whole movie just crushes it.
Love Proximo standing his ground to defend Maximus' escape.
Love Juba burying the figures of his wife and kid at the end. "But not yet." Killer line to end on.

I absolutely LOVE that coda to the film. The end is great with Connie Nielson and the Senator and the carrying of Maximus by all the people (senator, child, slaves, noble, soldier).
But I love that coda with Juba. It's perfect.
The music in both scenes is terrific. Hell, the music all movie long is awesome.

Honestly, this might be my answer. Lisa Gerard song playing in the background. "Now we are free. I will see you again, but not yet...not yet."

Roses falling over the colosseum. It's just breathtakingly beautiful.

This is the correct answer.

The kill scene before
“Are you not entertained?!!”
Stabs the guy with 2 blades, leaves em in and takes a few steps then pulls em out and beheads him using both blades

I’ve seen the colosseum in person, it’s still amazing after all this time.
We wanted to go in for the tour but they were doing some work on it so all we could do was walk around it.

I remember going to the theater to watch this. Had not even seen a trailer and was blown away. Top 5 theater experience.
I had seen the trailer early on and I knew I would be there opening day. I was also there the next day too and a a few more times. I don't remember how many I've seen it but there was a stretch where I had a satellite emulator or something and Gladiator played on about six channels over and over with staggered starting times so I could switch between channels and watch nothing but the action scenes.(This was also a great way, really the the only way, to watch Flyboys.)
And put me in this column:
"Father to a murdered son. Husband to a murdered wife."

The setup with the sunrise over Rome, the calm tone before screaming the line, the music after and fade to the colosseum with rose petals and chanting. Perfect.

I know I had said my answer earlier, but I'm starting to lean more to this one now.

I forgot what happened right before but I always loved when Maximus was being lowered into the dungeon with all those Gladiators chanting "Maximus, Maximus" with that epic music playing
