Thought about him actually, but I haven't seen him pull off snarky really. I guess he did in That Awkward Moment. I don't know. He's too pretty though. And Miles Teller isn't rugged enough. Casting this role is going to be a bitch.

I was going to say Dave Franco, but he's 30 too. Although he does play much younger characters. Unfortunately I could see Teller or Efron.

Wouldn't bother me a bit if the used and unknown actor to play Solo. That way when you watch the movie it won't be XYZ actor playing the role of Harrisaon Ford as Han Solo. Somebody to make it all their own.

He's 28, can play younger (he's in the Stanford Prison Experiment as a college kid) and is no stranger to big budget roles and playing opposite major actors with major directors:
Almost Famous: Billy Crudup, Frances McDormand, Kate Hudson, Jason Lee Directed by Cameron Crowe
Sky High: Kurt Russell and Kelly Preston

Recasting an iconic character so closely tied to a specific person will be damn near impossible...they almost have to go with someone completely different. If he tries to use Harrison's facial expressions and sayings, it's gonna come off really cheesy and forced.
I wouldn't mind seeing Chris Pine. I think he could pull it off really well. Wish he wasn't already Captain Kirk.

Remeber the Young Indiana Jones adventures that came on television? He'd be in Europe or some place and run into F. Scott Fitzgerald or Teddy Roosevelt or someone and it'd be really improbable but they ended up being real fun episodes?
