The season 4 openers have so many holes from the last 2 episodes of season 3 the possibilities could be about anything including the lame "militia" did it.
I also thought it was lame how Rourke went out. No way he is fishing alone and then also not knowing who Rip is. He also had to know what happen to his 2 instigators by then.

Man I can finally post in this thread. Had is recorded and finally watched last night.. One thing... Weren't we kinda promised a death of an important character at the end of last season?? I mean I'm glad everyone made it but....

No I thought someone (integral character) was supposed to die during the hit last season.. Maybe I imagined it...
I was disappointed that Rip didn't torture roarke with the snake a little bit and get some information..

It's kind odd. Jamie is the opposite of a beta when he puts his lawyer shoes on, but when facing his family he's most certainly a beta.

Jamie is set up to have a redeeming character arc. He’s going to surprise everyone and save the day somehow and surprise the Duttons that he’s part of the family.
I’m thinking his father is going to drive him away from the family but he makes a comeback. Probably killing his father to save his family. He will either save John or Beth.
The Indians said the attackers were well paid. Jamie’s father doesn’t have money. The marketing group does. Maybe they paid someone to organize it and that person is who is revealed? It may be someone from season 1 or 2 that the Duttons dealt with.

I also wonder if Walker is undercover somehow or working with someone. At the end of season 3 he asked a lot of questions about the bodies dumped in the canyon. He’s always staring and watching and quiet.

He's a very unlikable character and if he starts more shite with Lloyd like on the previews he'll definitely be hated even more. Eerbody loves them some Lloyd!!!

He was essentially kidnapped by Rip after playing a show. There's no way he could have planned to be a narc when he wasn't expecting to go back. Wouldn't surprise me if he crossed them again, but I don't think this would make a lot of sense

Could it be Malcolm Beck behind these hits? They never showed him actually die off at the end of season 2, they cut away when he was laying in the field with John telling him he'd get him removed if he cooperated.

This show of all shows can spin it so he was aware. He did “go back” to Montana after he promised not to because “he’s on parole”. So that’s a possibility but I also think it’s possible that he was contacted after he was kidnapped, or he will be somehow.

I think it’s a character from the past. One we don’t expect because of the shocking reveal in the previews.
