There's a difference between you not liking a film and it being "bad". One denotes your own personal taste, the other denotes quality.
But the answer to this question is:
Battlefield Earth. Beyond dreadful.

Hercules Starring Lou Ferigno. It was voice dubbed and had robots from space
This sounds so bad that I might watch it just for the carnage

Very, very true. This thread was intended for "bad" movies, as in bad writing, bad acting, bad directing. Some of the movies listed here really are not bad movies, but I can see how one would not like them. Obviously from my retort to "Little Shop of Horrors" being listed, I think this qualifies as one of those movies. This movie was intended to be off the wall, and I think it is done very well, but I can see how some people do not like the movie.
The Nick Cannon movie I started the thread with is literally a cliche of every cop movie, with terrible acting, terrible directing, and just an overall sense of awful. If you think this movie is good, may god have mercy on your soul.

10,000 BC and Bangkok Dangerous I saw in theaters and were terrible. The Room is so bad that it's actually funny.

was a feature length atheist propaganda piece. And was epic comedic failure.

A. It's a foreign film so it already had a mark against it in my book.
B. The main character was so goofy that you simply couldn't relate to her.
C. I know love is blind, but how the bleeding shite does someone fall for that crazy bitch?
D. After being paralyzed from the neck down, the husband wants the ditzy wife to go out and bang random guys then tell him about it?? And there's no nudity??? WTF!!?!

Bill Paxton might be irritating, but he was in both Aliens and Near Dark. Lifetime pass.
One False Move and A Simple Plan are both solid thrillers.

Bill Pullman was in Zero Effect, which gets him a partial pass.
The Last Seduction and Lost Highway are also good norish thrillers from the 90s. Plus his voice work in Titan A.E.
