Nope. I just looked it up. The biggest flop ever was The Alamo.

$120 million in loses.

Mars needs Moms lost 139 million.

Hudson Hawk. That movie was so bad.

I've only seen it the one time and I won't watch it again. It was terrible.

ETA: Good call on The Happening. That movie was just as terrible. And the previews were all about "M. Night Shyamalan's" first R rated movie.

So very true. Babel was epically terrible.

The Last Airbender was just dreadful considering that the animated series was so popular. I mean m night changed the main character's name for God's sakes. That showed me right there he had no respect for the show or its creators. My kids did not even want to see that plop again, and they loved the show.

I can't believe in four pages no one has mentioned any of the Star Wars prequels. They all qualify, and would rank 1,2,and 3 if you counted wasted potential as a major criteria.

They're a damn shame. That's really the only way to describe them.

Sharkboy and Lava girl is really bad even for a kid's movie. It looks like some kind of nickelodeon movie that made its way onto the big screen.

Winnie the Pooh (2011)

I didn't see it, but 91% on Rotten Tomatoes means it probably doesn't belong on this list.

I would trust my taste in movie much more than some online meter that has no responsibility to tell the truth. If you watch Winnie the Pooh, I have little doubt that you'll agree with me. A poster, when he saw that I gave it a 0/10 on the TulaneLSU Movie Reviews Thread, thought I was crazy for giving it that rating. He used the same argument: RT meter. I challenged him to see it. He saw it. He agreed with me.

This doesn't mean that RT is inaccurate or disingenous. If anything, it's quite an objective way to get a consensus on a movie - why wouldn't you want a whole bunch of reviews all in one place?
