They should put her in the Lynda Carter Wonder Woman outfit for this one.

I wonder if they are going to be drawing on Orwell comparisons. I mean, that's the only relevance that year has culturally?

The first Wonder Woman was the absolutely worst movie I've seen in a while.

Don't expect anything better from the next one.

You must not see a lot of movies.

I hated the villain, but it was a great popcorn flick. Which is what most people want superhero movies to be. What Nolan did with his 3 batmans was good and all, but trying to have other writers and directors recreate that tone without any ability to write a coherent plot and dialogue was a huge mistake by DC/WB. If this is along the lines of the first WW, I'll see it.

so is captain trevor a ghost or something?

Thought I remembered them saying a while back that Pine would play Trevor and his grandson when the story pushes closer to the present. This was way back when Wonder Woman news first started coming out

Watch the new Ghostbusters and Oceans 8. You'll be throwing Oscars at Patty Jenkins.

I 100% absolutely and without a doubt think the first wonder woman was overrated. The CGI was bad, Gadot's acting is a greek tragedy and the 3rd act was laughable at best.....but worst movie in a while? I have to disagree with you. You must have missed batman v superman and suicide squad. Those were awful, wonder woman was just flawed.

Oddly enough, 1984 was the year TCBY had to change their name. Originally, it was "This Can't Be Yogurt".

It was a good supporting cast.

Ares was just a huge let down, they bothered to CGI it but not make him the God of War.

The worst parts of WW were the Zack Snyder slomo German take down, the attempt to make the airfield fight a 2D zip bap pow thing, and Ares.

Also not making her eyes blue.

But that's nitpicky stuff over what was a good popcorn film. That it could survive mishandling its villain so badly speaks volumes for the rest.

The only improvement that I want to see is Wonder Woman flying like she can fricking fly and join Superman in the skies like this.

Also, little girls who enjoy Wonder Woman deserve to have this recreated in live action.

Oh great. Can't wait for more of that 80s aesthetic nostalgia regurgitated all over the screen.

I'll take that over another superhero World War setting.

Maybe Wonder Woman will compete in the Los Angeles Olympic games and win every event.

Maybe she'll appear in this commercial and throw Thor's hammer at a screen image of a young Donald Trump (knowing Hollywood, this could be likely.)

Maybe she'll make the first space-walk.

I hope she goes with the Brooke Shields look:
