Is that a reliable source? Nothing comes up when you click on that YouTube link

Eta: THR is confirming it. Wow, this one's a shocker.

I wonder which option people will choose? I don't know how the movie theater chains will ever financially recover from 2020.

Not a good thing.

I know Disney will continue to suck that Chinese dick, but hopefully the other studios will take notice.

I think people will start to realize this soon. Streaming services are at the point to easily stream in HD and 4K/HDR is becoming more mainstream.

They only draw, besides popcorn, is that Big Screen experience. However another development IMO is the Ultra Short Throw Projector for home use. These are getting to 4K now and price is slowly coming down, but they are coming down.

UST projectors make it a breeze to rock a 120" image with having the projector just a couple feet from a screen/sheet/wall/etc.

I plan to replace my old HD projector with a UST 4K soon. Waiting for ones that can hit 120FPS for gaming as well.

Wait, what? I have Prime and haven’t seen this yet. Did you get an email letting you know something?
