Her monologue made me tear up. Long-term female friendships can be complicated and have ups and downs, but at the end of the day we all love, value, and appreciate each other. I have a small group of close friends from college and, almost 30 years later, we're still very close. What she said felt very real to me.
Even as a 40 year old man, i could absolutely relate to it as well. I thought that was extremely well done. Their storyline was one of the better ones for this season.
I can't believe they just ended the season without any hints as to what will happen to the Ratcliffe's back home. We spent the whole season comtemplating suicide and murder b/c of it, and we get nothing.
If they removed Belinda and her cringy son from this show, nothing would have been missed. The only saving grace of that pointless storyline was getting the wink from Gary the cuck at the end.
We just don't care about the robbery anymore? I did not like Gaitook's story ending at all. I guess I get it, he wanted to impress Mook, and by the way, frick Mook. I would have rather seen him do the right thing and not shoot someone unarmed in the back, but i guess men will always do stupid things for pussy.
I did very much like the story arc of all 3 kids. That was well done. Kinda felt like Tim deserved Lochlan to die. And it's been said before the stupidity of leaving the blender dirty, and his dumbass using it without cleaning it.
As most would probably agree, it sucked that Chelsea died, but it all made sense how that entire ending happened with Rick and Chelsea. Those buck teeth were hard to look at, but those bouncy titties made up for it.
All in all, I enjoyed the season.

Rick storyline was so disappointing
He tried to kill the owner and immediately goes back to the resort where they know he’s staying? lol he deserved to die

I’m guessing he wasn’t expecting them to return to the resort before he and Chelsea left. That was the last day all of the guests were going to be there.
He obviously didn’t have a great plan to begin with, which makes sense for someone who is so fricked up emotionally.

He might have also thought that the guy who killed his father was going to let those sleeping dogs lie, which seems kind of rational. But I probably would have left town after assaulting the guy in his own house knowing, or believing, he'd already killed one person and he's a rich influential guy in a third world country.

the first 30 minutes of the show were wasted
definitely needed more from what the family was headed back to in North Carolina
Belinda is awful but I guess it's her redemption from being screwed in the first season and she did exact same thing to Pornchai

One thing is that the Asian owner lady at the end did not seem upset about her husband when driving away in car. Did I miss something?
Also next season will it be South America/Central America? Seems like they like to flip back and forth locations.

she could have easily told Rick that was her dad
she must have known and was ok with his murder

It’s shocking how poorly-written and weak this season was, considering all the attention it got.

For some reason the bucked teeth made her more innocent and sweet. But those Titties!!!!

What's sad is when Rick is carrying her away as she's dying/dead in his arms, I still noticed her titties jiggling. I have a titty problem.

I didn't think that it was THAT poorly-written, but even if the ending was rushed, for me this show is about the characters, the humor, and the tension. MW does a great job of letting things simmer, then come to a boil, and the awkward, and uncomfortable interactions that come out keeps me on the edge of my seat, but also makes me laugh. As someone who finds awkward situations hilarious, I love that aspect of it. And the cast nailed that stuff.

Lochlan getting poisoned was a good plot move but I gotta say the way Lochlan ended up getting poisoned was bad writing.
The dad trying to use the fruit and blender to poison everyone made sense but a few things just did not at all
1. They’re from NC, on vacation, the high school senior has been seen drinking with family on the trip, but the dad all of a sudden forbids him to drink and no one questions it? Unrealistic
2. He doesn’t immediately clean out the blender to get rid of any evidence he tried to poison his family after he decided not to? Unrealistic
3. Lochlan doesn’t clean the blender after it’s been sitting out all night and allegedly had spoiled coconut milk in it? Unrealistic.
They could have pulled off the same story in a much better way.
Otherwise I liked the finale, no closure on the Russians which is pretty strange. I guess they wanted to show how Gaitok made out like a bandit despite blundering everything all season.
I like the somewhat open ending for the Ratliffs, the shows about the resort and the people on vacation there, they were off the resort and their vacation was over, whatever happens to them is kind of irrelevant now. Maybe he jumped in the fricking ocean
Rick and Chelsea were always dead, sad for Chelsea and I bet that therapist feels responsible (which she kind of is he was clearly in crisis).
I’m not mad at Belinda, she played that smart, get your money and GTFO. The manager already had shown her the White Lotus employees will protect high rollers regardless, so is it really smart to trust Pornchai with her secret? I say no and she’d be going against her deal with Gary, leave Thailand and never come back, start your massage parlor in Hawaii or wherever.
We got closure on the women’s relationship which was nice but since the Russians ended up being inconsequential their whole storyline ended up pointless as far as the overall plot of the season. I guess their whole existence was just to give us friend drama, some hot cougar scenes, and to provide a red herring for the ending.

I really wish we had seem Saxon's face when he saw the news about their dad.
I thought we did right when they got their phones back and turned them on. I think that's why Tim jumped in front of them to say things are gonna change in a big way. You could see the weird reaction from Saxon's face when he saw (likely) his text messages start coming through.
Yeah, maybe? But it wasn't enough for me. I saw the quote about White liking the ambiguity, but I do not! I really wanted a Tim or Dad question. Just a single word from the mom or Saxon with a big question mark at in the intonation. I felt like Tim said things were gonna change before they knew and that it might take a bit to see the actual news. Only Saxon might have seen it. No way Lochy or the daughter knew.
Unlike some, I loved the Belinda story and it's ending. She's almost Tanya. I don't think it's such horrific bad parenting as some of you. Yes, Zion is her son, but she was scared AF and he's a grown arse man, not a kid. I don't think he would have let her go alone. They played Greg/Gary so well!

Why is that unrealistic? He told him to grab a coke instead. I don't see why that's such a big issue

He's eating the lorezapams like their candy. He's high and forgot to clean it. Again, I don't see why it's unrealistic. The kid not cleaning the blender was the silly part

A totally drugged out dad, 3 self centered kids, and a clueless princess wife who wouldn't wash anything at a resort. They all just assume someone does these things for them. Makes perfect sense that they wouldn't wash anything.
Meh, you’re stretching to make it fit, but it’s at the least odd behavior that it didn’t get washed out. And it’s especially odd behavior that a self centered high class American family from the south wouldn’t allow their high school senior to have a Pina Colada in the room on vacation

And when push comes to shove, Piper shows she is just a pretentious spoiled brat and is ok with it

She might hop right back onto a plane to Thailand when they get back to the shitstorm they'll be faced with.

My favorite scene was Piper telling Victoria how rough her night was and Victoria going on this whole thing about how they live better than 99% of people in history.
Then you forget Tim's there and the camera cuts to him hearing all of this.

Her facial expressions and the thumbs up absolutely killed me
