personally? Waiting in line for hours to get tickets to Phantom Menance opening day and then passing out because the movie was boring and having to pay to see it again and realize it was THAT bad.

True story. Went to see ET in the theater, so I had just turned 12. Whole family went, including by then nearly 80 year old paternal grandmother. Right at this part when ET was seemingly dead, she decided to start laughing and then say loudly, "Well, it's over. Time to go." She was not a fan.
She was awesome...
