The Oprah one sucked.
The Britney Spears one.
Agreed on the clip show from season two.
As funny as the idea behind the T&P episode was for April Fool's that year (Cartman's mom), the episode itself was awful (intentionally or not, it sucked).
I'm sure there are a lot more that I didn't like at all, but the Britney or Oprah ones are easily two of the worst ones.

Last night's episode! Matt and Trey have lost it and should hang it up. Did not laugh once, etc.
Probably D-yikes

Last nights was pretty lame.

If it's so bad then quit fricking watching. I don't calling out bad episodes but last night wasn't one of them.

I really believe that the quality of shows went down when they got the ability to knock a show out in two or three days. At one point it took a lot more work and thinking. As I said in the other thread, I miss the days of Barbra Streisand turning into a huge mechanical monster looking for some talisman. It was that randomness that made it good. Not constantly using the show as a soapbox to voice their opinion on current events. Note that I said constantly and not every now and then.

South Park has been very mediocre for awhile. There's a few gems here and there, but the show is inconsistent.
Is it really that weak, or do the classics set the bar so high that the mildly funny ones pale in comparison?

The correct answer is Stanley's Cup.

I hate the Jennifer Lopez as Cartman's hand puppet episode. Last nights episode was hilarious though.

How can you hate on Mitch Conner?

I'll 3rd/4th the Oprah + Brittany episodes. Don't remember the Pip one.
The whale episode was amazing, probably a top 5 of mine. Not just the ending, it was funny the whole way through.

I hated the first Towelie episode when it first aired, but it's grown on me over time.

The second episode of this season. I've blocked it from my memory it was so bad. I can't even tell you what it was about. (just looked it up. the cash for gold episode)

quote:I agree. When I saw that 6 days to South Park or whatever I wondered how long they had been doing this. They are relying too much on a lot of animation and camera shots and not telling a good funny story. Also, I'm sure we have less songs.

I think the first few seasons are the best by far.
Britney and Oprah used to be the worst before Funnybot. The one last year with the Dr Pepper and agnostic foster parents is in my bottom 10 also.
Stanley's cup, J Lo hand puppet, butt faces, the Wing episode, Christmas critters are all awful.
