Yeah I don't think that is what that is. That is a spinoff show from a character in "The Good Wife". She's an eccentric lawyer not a detective. I haven't watched the new show I just remember the character from the when I watched "The Good Wife". I'm also not saying it's good or bad but I don't think its meant to be a female Monk

Thanks for the breakdown. I really enjoyed Psych but fell off when he finally landed Jules. Tried Monk but couldn't get into it. Wasn't crazy about Mentalist so never gave it a shot.
The Will Trent promos caught my eye and I figured I'll eventually give it a shot and binge the first season.

Mentalist went a season too long. Maybe it was 2. Should have ended with resolving the main mystery and such.

Monk I would watch with my mom, Psych is fun but very, very campy, and Mentalist went two seasons too long.
