What were He-Man's super powers?

Was it just the super strength? It couldn't have been that super, since He was fought to a draw by Skeletor on the reg.

What about his ability to take off his shirt, and nobody know who he was?
Even his Mom and Dad were clueless that He-Man was Prince Adam, just because he took off his shirt. That seems like a handy power.

First off prince adam was a wuss and could not defend himself. And when he became He-Man his got deeper and was a total badass
