Several scenes involving Del in "The Green Mile".

Also the ending of Bicentennial Man.

Mostly because the actor/character reminds me of a relative in each...

I don't know that I've ever actually shed a tear for a movie. But other than some of the ones already listed, I did get emotional with
Men of Honor
Black Hawk Down
Does the final 2 hour episode of MASH count?

8 Below

My husky had just died about 1 month before but this is the only time I sobbed during a movie.

A lot that have alread been posted, Forest Gump, Rudy, Dead Poets Society.

One I will add
The Notebook when he's dancing with his wife in the nursing home and she remembers him for a little bit, but then doesn't recognize him anymore.

No matter how many times I've seen it, "Earn this" from Saving Private Ryan turns on the waterworks.

Also the soundtrack at the end of Life is Beautiful where the father is putting on a brave face for his son, as he is about to face his demise. Tears were flowing when Joshua "wins the tank".

Rudy gets to me in an inspirational way.

Toy Story 3 hits me HARD for some reason - I watched it again the other night and cried like an infant.

The Green Mile is sad as hell.

Although it's not the best movie, for some reason I always tear up watching "Big Fish" when the son tells his dieing dad the story of how his life ends. The music is part of it.
