Tremors freaked me out when I was younger. The scene where they pick the hat up and see that guy's face...scared the crap out of me.

I still to this day remember a nightmare from my childhood where in my dream, I had a bad dream, so therefore went to wake my mom up. She let's me sleep in the bed like many parents do in real life, and right before I fall asleep Chucky comes in wielding that giant knife. We tried to escape through the window unsuccessfully as he was stabbing the shite out of me.
It felt real because it was like some inception shite where I didn't know what was real and what was a dream. So when I really woke up, I was like frick am I still dreaming? Chucky about to walk in my bedroom?
frick Chucky, man.

The Serpent and the Rainbow.. All kinds of fricked up to an 8 year old.

I always thought Jason was cool as kid, but Freddy scared the shite out of me because he can come in your dreams.
I can't remember being scared of Chucky even though I can understand it. I was 10 when it came out, so maybe I already had seen more grown up stuff that scared me.
Children of The Corn was scary too

There was a TV movie where if a red dot appeared in a picture of you you would die. It involved a colonial woman who was hanged for stealing a loaf of bread.
Last House on the Left was creepy but I was about 15 when I saw it.

Alligator. The scene where the blind folded boy dressed as a pirate walks the plank (diving board) and the gator is waiting for him in the pool. Even as a grown arse man, I still check the deep end before I swim to this day.

At the end of Fievel: An American Tail this thing shows up,
and as a little kid it scared the crap out of me. I think it scared me more then any other movie I saw as a young lad, and I think it was supposed to be a "good guy" wasn't it?

I watched children of the corn for the first time at a friends house and had nightmares for days. My mom actually went and talked to his mom because we watched it behind their backs.
And yea Freddy was scary as frick too. I made my sister watch it at like 5-6 years old because I was a shithead 12 year old brother. She to this day brings it up and won't watch that movie.
Good times

I saw that movie as a kid as well. A few weeks after seeing it we went to a family reunion on some farm in Illinois. All the other kids wanting to play hide and seek in the corn fields and I'm crying all scared from recently watching that damn movie
