Yeah.

Top of my head, like Imsaid.

That's as iconic as it gets.

Also, the coin flip scene from No Country is pretty much perfect.

Yea, this question is about as impossible as you could get. So many to pick from

If you want go No Country For Old Men, the opening, haunting landscape shots with Tommy Lee Jones voice over is about as good as cinema gets...especially in the last 25yrs or so.

from the Guardian ... didn't view the entire 100, but did look at the top 20 ... not a fan of their #1, but some of the others are spot-on ...
1 ending of Usual Suspects
2 shower scene from Psycho (should be somewhere in the top 10)
3 Harry Lime appears in The Third Man (was a bit freaky)
4 apes realization in Space Odyssey
5 helicopter attack in Apocalypse Now (probably one we'd all forget - awesome, awesome scene; if you've never seen the documentary about the making of this movie, you should)
6 - ending of Blade Runner (greatest sci fi ever, imo)
7 - King escapes on his motorcycle in The Great Escape (haven't seen it)
8 - Rick and Isla at the airport in Casablanca
9 - finding the Statue of Liberty in Planet of the Apes (hadn't thought about that one)
10 - Some Like it Hot ending
