I enjoy it, nothing special though. I enjoy a good near future dystopian story though.

Def not worthy of all the praise and awards that gets thrown its way.

Kinda like the early seasons of Mad Men..

Men.. being men. Running the world and doing whatever they want. Getting broads pregnant and their wives don't do NOTHIN about it..

After a couple of seasons the women get all uppity and it's not as fun to watch

Season one is good. That covers up to where the book ended.
After that, no source material and not so good. Go figure.

As for the politics etc. People are going to see, or not see, boogie men where they want to.

Now, please put this thread out of it's misery.

The show is mediocre. It is pumped up because it gives the left political clout.

That's not true. They grew on season one and expanded the story. It would be pretty stupid for them to not expand on the story besides Offred.

Also, you make it sound like tv shows that are originally from books don't do well. Which is completely wrong (Ex. The Leftovers, Sharp Objects, Castle Rock and The Man In the High Castle to name a few)

Not at all. I stated season one was good and it's based on the book. Problem is after that the expansion is not that good. It gest formulaic and predictable.
Sharp Objects is a good example of a one season show based on a book. Do you really think a season two can be as good?

Moss was very good in Mad Men, but she was incredible in Top of the Lake - another show I would caution the politically sensitive members of the MTV board to avoid.

Season one was decent. Season 2 blew, especially the ending. I will pass on season 3.
