Seinfeld, Simpsons (old) and Scrubs are my top 3.

The best thing about that pancake line was his reaction immediately after issuing it.

I think that the choice of music in the series is almost perfect. I remember reading somewhere that the cast often picked which songs were used which I thought was pretty cool. I downloaded most of it and made a pretty badass playlist

I used to watch Scrubs everyday in college when it still came on Comedy Central in the evenings.

Scrubs will always be one of my favorites. It was a shame how it all ended. It deserved better.

Scrubs finale was incredible.

Season 9 was not really the same show (even though I enjoyed it).

yeah I guess if you consider the S8 finale as the end, it went out well

S9 was just terrible though

Exactly what I thought when I read it. The season 7 finale was the retarded fairy tale episode, which sucked. Then they switched networks and the season 8, and true finale, was nearly perfect. Season 9 I consider a spin-off show.

ok...my memory of all of this was wrong then

I was thinking the fairy tale episode was the "true" finale

I forgot that they switched networks

Ah ok. I completely agree with your assessment of the season 7 finale then. I remember watching it live and thinking that the show was so much better than this and deserved a better ending.

Exactly.

And I enjoyed it as such...I wasn't expecting it to be "Scrubs" because it wasn't. The people that made Scrubs awesome weren't really on the show anymore. This one was all about the interns. And I enjoyed Eliza Coupe, Michael Mosley, and Dave Franco, and it was nice to see JD, Turk, and Dr. Cox around every now and then too.

You can call it a spinoff but it had the same cast. It wasn't a spinoff.

were there 47 spinoffs of ER?cast change isn't a spinoff.

It had some of the same cast members, but the focus was completely different. The concept changed. I would liken it to Buffy/Angel, kind of.

And no it wasn't nice to see JD and Turk. They were the worst part of season9.

hmmm. Actually the worst part besides the terrible security guys.

Bs. The concept didn't change. Sacred heart was also a teaching hospital.

the only change was the perspective from JD to the new female jd

I agree.

Franco and Coupe were the stars, IMO.
