Hmmm maybe their new strategy will not be to start over, but to build the world more slowly before the next JL movie. Maybe take time to find a replacement for batman and make it make sense in the storyline (flashpoint could help)

It's really a travesty that Henry Cavill is being completely wasted with this DCEU. I was hoping to see a solo Superman film on that list.
He can absolutely play the Superman that is true to the character and what you can hope for, but Zack Snyder's brooding concept has ruined it. Stinks.

It's why I fricking hate Zack Snyder but also hate the people in charge at Warner Bros that let that fat hack still have a job and the crazy thing is they still haven't gotten rid of him even though JL is bombing right now.
They will never learn.
We already saw glimpes of it in Justice League but it will be a long time before we can see Superman really shine like Henry Cavill is capable of doing so.
Just make me so sad and disappointed.
That's twice now that shitty directors has set Superman back years with Zack Snyder joining Bryan Singer.
