I think that Rick Jr. will probably come out buff, wearing a T-shirt, a shaved head, first words will be "Whatchu thank?", and he will eventually walk with a constant air of determination.

The father/son that helped save Rick was one of the main hooks that got me really into the show. I hope they are revisited.

Has Rick still been doing his walkie talkie broadcast to them?

I don't understand what Darryl and Glenn were doing with that one zombie...they were both armed, and Darryl is a ringer with the crossbow, yet they let it get all the way up on them and even attack them both before killing it. Usually they just walk up to walkers and slay shite. That was an odd scene.

If you are taliking about what scene I think you are, Zombie Randall, they did not realize he was a zombie yet. I think they thought he was still alive and also thought he was armed (remember Shane told them he took his gun). Their plan was to get the drop on him and capture him alive. That is why Glenn got so close. By the time they realized he was a zombie Glenn was already in combat with him.

That makes sense I guess...I just figured that if they could see him clearly enough to know it was him that they'd be able to see he was also a zombie. Maybe not though.

You have to figure it's pretty dark in the woods out there at night. We can see what's going on because of the lighting for the television show, but if they were really in the woods in rural Georgia at that time of night it would be very dark.

Even if the virus is Airborne it doesn't mean every single person is infected. There would be a small minority of the population who would be immune to the virus regardless of it's stage. Just like the few people in Africa who are immune to the AIDS virus and no one knows why.

However, it doesn't matter considering the massive population being infected and literally having to put down over a few billion walkers (if the entire world has been compromised) is almost impossible if you are constantly moving..

It's about to get real. Whoever said the "Night of the Living Dead" reference about the horde, house and attack at night is spot on.

Did anyone else feel like the final scene took on a mood that was very different to anything else in the show? I'm not sure if it was the camera work, or the eerie lighting, or just the weight of what was happening, but it seemed very surreal. My wife was watching with me, and as zombie Shane stood up, she said, "this seems like Rick's dream."

I thought it was awesome, and I'm looking forward to a very dark and intense finale.

How pissed would everyone be if in the series finale Rick woke up in the hospital and it had all been a dream.

Yeah, once their dead no matter which way, the virus takes over. You gotta shoot them in the head.

Maybe the secret from S01 was that they were all carrying the virus?

As far as what Jenner told Rick, I will be pissed if it really is the whole "all you have to do is die, and you will come back" thing. For multiple reasons (including being spoiled on it), but mainly because I will lose respect for Rick for not sharing that important piece of information with everyone (or anyone?). Matter of fact, it would go completely against Rick's character if that's what it was,

I don't agree with this. I think NOT telling anyone would have been more with his character. This would keep hope alive. If people lose all hope, then what's the point of living anymore.

This is what I said in a previous post about how I think it all went down.

IMO while Rick was in a coma some sort of outbreak came along, say bird flu v2.0 and people rushed out to get vaccines. The vaccine triggered some sort of genetic frick up and in turn, when you die you turn in to a zombie.

Zombies then bite people, making more zombies.

This is my theory to explain why there are living people walking around, that either got the vaccine or didn't, dead people that died from the outbreak that did not get a vaccine, and the undead.

Look, I'm pretty well prepared, but I can't take you all in. Figure this out on your own.

I have guns and ammo. Now we can do this the easy way or the hard way. So the choice is yours. And it was always yes.

I was just coming to post that maybe the causative agent isn't a virus, but I can't remember if Jenner or someone else had specifically confirmed that it was a virus. Maybe Hershel said something?

Thanks zombie, now they're gonna think I'm posting spoilers in the guise of speculation. I might as well join Enigma in purgatory now.

I wanna say I heard people call it a "sickness" or virus earlier in the show, but I may be wrong.

I've also read that the producers/writers explained the random dead people in traffic died in car accidents with head trauma so..

Does anyone else have dreams about the show? I had a dream 3 nights in a row where I was in Atlanta killing zombies. It was so real and I was a total badass. I love those dreams. Luckily, I haven't encountered a herd yet. I have a shotgun and a hatchet most of the time.
