Yes. I'm pretty sure he is the son of Zeus and a mortal woman in the comics like in mythology. So, he's a demigod.

Manor’ s strength has always been listed as 100 tons . Along with The Thing, Wonderman, and several of the gods. It’s only that as long as he was in the water. Hulk and Thor as well as Hercules and some gods such as Zues and Odin were 100+
