-Can manipulate him against Russell.
-Knew they were taking Janelle to spring break and could of planted the stuff underneath the tire. Possible inform Abbot as well of their whereabouts.

I don't think it's 100% closed. Walton and McBride keep posting on Instagram to tune in to see who the shooter is. They could be churning for views but I'm not sure.
