i got a time bomb, i got a time bomb. i love the music that rolls over the credits every week. whoever picks that music is REALLY good at their job. i cant wait to see what happens when sookie gets back to her house and sees all the shite going on. seems like its been forever since she has been back in bon temp.

Yeah I love the credit music too.

She's only been gone about a week or so.

So I'm new to the show and still watching season 1 on DVD. I have season 2 waiting on my DVR. My question is, does anyone else find the opening credits just really fricking disturbing?

I like the intro. It's really a play on the whole show.... Wish it was shorter though, but the song is good.

I'm gonna guess that the Godric or one of the other vamps throws themselves on Luke, taking the brunt of the explosion and saving the others.

That would put that cowboy vamp in charge and put a serious strain on human vamp relations.

I was thinking the same thing. But I don't see it happening. Or possibly Eric, he seems interested in being her "maker"

another good episode, but the war scene was a let down. Sookie is still annoying when trying to act tough.

I'm ready to see how this whole Mary Ann/Sam deal plays out.

I thought it was going to be a blood bath or something. Damn Goderic for playing the peacemaker But I really do like his character!

i thought godric was a badass. I like the way the show is going.
the best lines:

"I'm older than your jesus. I wish I would've known him but I missed him."

"I've been to heaven. It was inside your wife."

I knew some variation of this was coming when that conversation started. Brendoni and I both said it at the same time

dunno,, I might be mistaken but I think I saw Bills maker sitting on some sort of throne in the previews,,

no telling who died in the explosion

I think who you saw is the Louisiana vampire queen. Being played by Evan Rachel Wood.

Was the "cowboy" vampire Michael Papajohn?

Looked like it?

the character Stan with the cowboy hat?

his name is Ed Quinn and he is by far the hottest man on the show IMO

i hope to see more of him in the coming drama between the humans v. vampires

could be,

I think the guess that Godrick took the brunt of the blast is a good one,
obviously you cant tell too much based upon the books since the series has diverged so much

the GF is hooked on this and shes got me watching
