After all this time, I'm still having a hard time figuring out why so many people thought this was good. It was objectively bad. Terrible, even.

Most actual people didn't like it. Critical reviews have been going downhill for a good 5-10 years now. They care more about dumbass words like "optics" than ones like "plot"
